Impact is built from the very beginning Impact generation is playing an increasingly central role in European projects, across all programmes and fields of knowledge. Creating meaningful impact goes beyond achieving good results. It requires considering how the knowledge generated can reach the right audiences and how project results can be taken up, used and applied. That is why impact generation starts at the project design stage. Defining a clear pathway towards impact helps connect expected results with the audiences, users and stakeholders who can take them forward and contribute to lasting change beyond the project\u2019s lifetime. At OnProjects, we address this process through two specialised and complementary areas: Scientific communication, which makes knowledge clear, rigorous and accessible to different audiences Knowledge and technology transfer (K&TT), which supports the uptake, use, exploitation and replication of project results. The aim is to create the conditions for project knowledge and results to generate economic, scientific-technological, social, and environmental impact . Here is what we can do for you: Scientific Communication K&TT When communicating with audiences with different levels of knowledge, needs and interests, making complex scientific and technical content understandable without compromising rigour is essential to generating impact. Research and innovation projects generate knowledge that needs to circulate within the scientific community, while also reaching beyond the specialised fields in which it is produced. We design scientific communication and outreach strategies that connect the knowledge generated by a project with the audiences for whom it can be relevant and useful. What we can offer: Defining objectives and planning scientific communication and outreach activities. Identifying and analysing audiences, information needs and communication channels. Developing key messages and narrative approaches tailored to different audiences. Drafting and adapting scientific and technical content into clear and accessible language. Producing articles for non-specialist audiences, web content, media materials and content for digital channels. Visualising data and results through infographics, videos and other graphic and audiovisual formats. Communicating risks, uncertainties and sensitive or controversial issues. Planning and supporting scientific publication activities. Supporting participation in scientific conferences and events. Monitoring and evaluating reach, understanding and engagement. A research or innovation project can generate highly valuable knowledge and results, but their potential depends on having clear pathways for their uptake, use and replication beyond the context in which they were developed. We define the most appropriate knowledge and technology transfer strategies to connect these results with businesses, public authorities, organisations, professionals and other stakeholders that can use, apply or take them forward. We support the entire process, from identifying and assessing transferable results to exploring pathways for their uptake, exploitation and replication, and connecting them with potential users, stakeholders, businesses and investors. What we can offer: Identifying and valorising Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and other transferable research outputs. Developing knowledge and technology transfer and uptake strategies. Developing exploitation and sustainability plans and roadmaps. Managing intellectual property, licensing and exploitation agreements. Identifying, analysing and engaging stakeholders and potential users. Conducting market analyses, feasibility studies, and economic and business modelling. Designing and delivering capacity-building and uptake activities, including workshops, webinars and hackathons. Organising B2B matchmaking and investor pitching activities. Structuring value chains and supporting clustering activities. Conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC). Developing guidelines and blueprints for the transfer, replication and uptake of results.
